Description
Jean Hirons is a full time pastel artist, living in Rockville, Maryland. She received her BFA from Marietta College, Ohio and a masters in Library Science from the University of Rhode Island. She was a librarian for 30 years, the last 20 at the Library of Congress. She took early retirement in 2003 to pursue pastels full time.
