Two leaves of lined paper, handwritten in black ink on both sides. The document is in excellent physical condition. The document was removed from a bound volume. There is minor fraying along the left edge of the first leaf and along the right edge of the second leaf. The document was laminated. There is a minor stain of unknown origin at the middle right edge of the second leaf. The first page of the document begins below "When the Bees are in the Hive," Page 2.
