Two leaves with preprinted staff lines, handwritten in black in on both sides. The document is in good physical condition. The document was removed from a bound volume. The document was laminated. The upper left corner of the first leaf was folded into the laminate. There is significant fraying along the right edge of the first leaf and along the left edge of the second leaf. There are two minor tears at the top edge of the second leaf. There is a "2" handwritten in pencil at the top right edge of the first leaf. There is a handwritten check mark following the musical notations on the first leaf. The document "The Wife of Usher's Well" Sheet Music 2 is located across the bottom of both leaves. The document "Greer Unknown 02" is located on the reverse side of the first leaf. The document "Gypsy Laddie" Sheet Music 5 is located on the reverse side of the second leaf.
