This image shows Catherine Ross, associate registrar in the Registrar's Office at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in the early 1980s. Ross began working in the Registrar's Office as a secretary under Herman Eggers in 1947 and became assistant registrar in 1972. She was promoted to associate registrar in 1976. The Registrar's Office handles student records and transcripts.
