Description

This image shows Earleen Pritchett sitting in an office with alumni James Roy Moody and William Whitesides at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in the 1960s. Mrs. Pritchett served from 1947 to 1955 as secretary to J. D. Rankin, dean of the College, and assistant director of placement. She became administrative assistant to the president in 1961 and retired in 1972. Moody was an accountant with Goodyear Rubber Company and Whitesides a librarian at the Atlanta Public Library. This image appears in the October 8, 1959, edition of "The Appalachian" (p. 4).
