Personnel Administration Class, 1972

Description

This image shows Professor Carl Messere teaching a class on personnel administration at West Piedmont Community College in Morganton, NC, in February 1972. The College of Business graduate class was taught through the extension and field services program at Appalachian State University (1967-current). Messere began working at Appalachian State as assistant coach in the Athletic Department in 1961 and became head coach in 1965. He resigned to teach in the College of Business in 1970 and served as assistant dean until 1974.
