This image shows Luther Oliver, an employee of the Carpenter Shop at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967), working with a lathe to cut holes in a board in Kerr Scott Hall, built 1961, in the 1960s. Oliver worked in the Carpenter Shop since since the mid-1950s.
