This image shows Isabel Jones, professor in the Department of Education at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in 1965. Jones began teaching in public schools in Virginia in 1931. She taught at Appalachian State from 1953 to 1977. This image appears in the 1966 Rhododendron (p. 26).
