Description

This image shows Professor Isabel Jones standing with Chancellor Herbert Walter Wey (1969-1979) and holding a binder at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in the 1970s. Jones began teaching in public schools in Virginia in 1931. She taught in the Department of Education, Reading Education, and Elementary Education at Appalachian State from 1953 to 1977.
