Description

This image shows Vice-President and Comptroller David Barnard Dougherty (1955-1965) and History Professor Edwin Dougherty standing with Joe Hartley after a ceremony inducting Appalachian State co-founders Blanford Barnard Dougherty and Dauphin Disco Dougherty into the Appalachian Hall of Fame on May 5, 1962. The ceremony took place in I. G. Greer Hall, built 1950, and was sponsored by the Alumni Association.
