This image shows Roachel Laney, an instructor in the Department of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation in the College of Fine and Applied Arts and assistant football coach at Appalachian State University (1967-current) for 1978-79. Laney began teaching at Appalachian State in 1976 and served as Athletic Director from 1990 until 2004. This image appears in the 1978-79 Faculty Pictorial Directory (p. 31).
