This image shows L. F. Edwards, chairman of the Department of Art in the College of Fine and Applied Arts at Appalachian State University (1967-current) for 1974-75. The Art Department was one of the first departments at Appalachian State and is located in the College of Fine and Applied Arts. It includes concentrations in clay, drawing, fibers, metals/jewelry, painting, photography, printmaking and sculpture. This image appears in the 1974-75 Faculty Pictorial Directory (p. 25).
