Honors Student, 1986

This image shows a student studying on the floor of a hallway in Coffey Hall, built 1953, at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in 1986-87. The Honors Program is an academic and residential community for high achieving students and is open to freshmen, transfer students, and current students at Appalachian State. It was located in Coffey Hall before being moved to East Residence Hall. This image appears in the 1987 Rhododendron (p. 115).
