Homecoming Game, 1973, Majorettes

This image shows a member of the Majorettes performing during halftime at the Homecoming game in Conrad Stadium, built 1962, at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in October 1973. The audience can be seen sitting in the background. Homecoming was an annual event that included dramatic performances, a parade, a dance, a football game, reunion activities, and the crowning of the Homecoming queen.
