This image shows attendees of the Alumni Association's reunion activities at Appalachian State University (1967-current) on October 23, 1965. Three women can be seen standing behind a table with a punch bowl and trays of snacks while other stand in a line on the right during the coffee hour in Welborn Cafeteria, built 1925. The Alumni Association started in 1934 and met at least once a year during Homecoming for reunions, association business, and officer elections. From the left: Unknown, Dr. Ruby Akers (English faculty), Ms. Ann Blackburn (Business Education and Office Administration faculty) and ,holding a coffee cup, Mr. Grady Moretz (Appalachian Ski Mountain owner).
