This image shows a member of the women's Track Team at Appalachian State University (1967-current) jumping over a raised bar at Conrad Stadium, built 1979, in 1986-87. A man can be seen kneeling in the background. Appalachian State's Track Team included distance races, hurdles, and pole vaulting. Conrad Stadium was renamed Kidd Brewer Stadium in 1988.
