Horseshoes, 1986

This image shows a student playing a game of horseshoes at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in 1986. Another student can be seen standing in the background wearing a neck brace. Horseshoes was included in the Intramurals Program, along with soccer, karate, swimming, rugby, fencing, frisbee, skiing, and tackle football. This image appears in the 1987 Rhododendron (p. 367).
