Fencing Club, 1986-87
Description
This image shows the 1986-87 Fencing Club at Appalachian State University (1967-current). The Fencing Club was composed of students who had taken fencing classes and competed in tournaments with other fencing clubs. The 1986-87 team was the first fencing team at Appalachian State in eight years. They can be seen fencing in a gymnasium. This image appears in the 1987 Rhododendron (p. 376).
