Description
This image shows a meeting of Appalachian State University (1967-current) professors participating in the Triple-T Project in 1972. Professors can be seen sitting at desks in a classroom at Appalachian State. The Training for Teacher Trainers (Triple-T) Project was a grant-funded program at Appalachian State University to retrain teachers already in the work force, using new methods for teaching teachers with students in actual classroom situations. It was part of a group of educational research projects including the Appalachian Training Complex, the Lighthouse School Program, and the Teacher Corps.
