This image shows students standing outside in fancy dress before a performance by students at the Cannon Music Camp at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in August 1980. The Cannon Music Camp began in 1969 and focused providing intensive group and individual training in performance and music theory. Recitals and concerts are performed regularly throughout the summer.
