Description

This image shows four attendees before a performance at the Cannon Music Camp at Appalachian State University (1967-current) during a recital in August 1981. Professors Clinton Parker and Nicholas Erneston can be seen on the left. The Cannon Music Camp began in 1969 and focused providing intensive group and individual training in performance and music theory. Recitals and concerts are performed regularly throughout the summer. Dr. Parker was Assistant Dean of the College of Fine and Applied Arts, and Dr. Erneston was Dean of the College of Fine and Applied Arts.
