Freshman Orientation, 1985

This image shows a group of incoming students during freshman orientation at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in the fall of 1985. Freshmen orientation included welcome addresses, advising, program meetings, campus tours and registering for classes, as well as placement testing. This image appears in the 1986 Rhododendron (p. 116).
