Three men and a boy can be seen standing in Welborn Cafeteria, built 1925, during an event. Other attendees can be seen in the background. Only one man is from the Office of Public Affairs; the other two are University Trustees. The three men are Mr. Bob Allen, Office of Public Affairs; Mr. Ralph Winkler, University trustee; Mr. William Rankin, University Trustee and unknown.
