This image shows staff members attending a first aid demonstration in a classroom at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in the 1970s. The program was part of the in-service training of new staff members. A man can be seen administering CPR while audience members kneel on the right. The man seated on the far left is Mr. Dee Norris, staff member in Varsity Gym and Brooke-Kirk Gym.
