This image shows the recipients of staff awards at the Broyhill Inn and Conference Center, built 1972, at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in the early 1980s. The awards were distributed at a luncheon and were awarded for outstanding staff performance. Recipients are seen standing outside the entrance of the Broyhill Inn. On the center of the first row (i.e., this from the right) is Ms. Marjorie Baumbaugh. On the far right of the second row is M. Linda Slate, Business Affairs, and next to her is Ms. Trudy Thompson, Graduate School. On the far left of the third row is M.
