Three women in dresses, Chancellor Herbert Walter Wey (1969-1979), and Assistant to the Chancellor R. D. Howe can be seen. The woman in the center of the photograph is Ms. Nancy West. The women left to right are Ms. Carolyn Taylor (Assistant to the Chancellor), Unknown and Ms. Jeannie Harmon (Secretary in the Chancellors Office).
