This image shows the members of the Staff Council at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in November 1977. The Staff Council provides representation for staff members and promotes their interests in the decision making process on relevant matters. Standing behind the woman in the center on the first row and wearing dark glasses is Ms. Trudy Thompson, Graduate School. Second from the right on the back row is Mr. Roy Jones, Office of Personnel Services.
