This image shows the members of the Staff Council posing outside a building at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in November 1980. The Staff Council provides representation for staff members and promotes their interests in the decision making process on relevant matters. In the first row and third from the far left is Ms. Elani Bingham. On the far right of the second row is Mr. Tom Wright. On the third row and fourth from the far right is Mr. Jim Rice. On the fourth row and second from the far right is Mr. Frank Shropshire. On the far right of the back row is Mr. Joe Watts.
