Description

This image shows three people posing for a photograph for a curriculum workshop at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in the 1960s. A boy can be seen holding a capped Bunsen burner under a balloon flask while a girl and a man watch from the left. A textbook titled, "Modern Chemistry," and a graduated cylinder can be seen in the foreground. The workshop was held July 5-16 and was directed by Dr. Lee Goulding.
