This image shows a halftime performance by the Marching Band and Cheerleaders at Conrad Stadium, built 1962, at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in 1977. Audience members can be seen sitting on the hillside and on bleachers on the left. William J. Conrad Stadium was rebuilt in 1979 and renamed Kidd-Brewer Stadium in 1988. Bowie Residence Hall, built 1966, can be seen in the background.
