This image shows a Mountaineer football game against an unidentified team at Conrad Stadium, built 1962, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in the 1960s. Conrad Stadium was located on the southern end of campus, and was renamed Kidd-Brewer Stadium in 1988. An audience can be seen sitting on bleachers in the background.
