Description

This image shows Discord performing on stage at H'Appy's at Appalachian State University (1967-current) on September 11, 1986. Discord was a local band in Boone, NC, and included Appalachian State student Andrew Verville. H'Appy's began as a Winn-Dixie grocery store in 1965. It was purchased by Appalachian State and converted into a nightclub for Appalachian State students in 1984. It was remodeled in 1988 and renamed Legends. This image appears in the 1987 Rhododendron (p. 56).
