In this installment of the Blue Ridge Views project, the W.L. Eury Appalachian Collection presents the Berry Festival in the piedmont area of North Carolina featuring local blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. Former tobacco farmers are diversifying into berry production. Footage includes food vendors, local crafts vendors and commentary from attendees. There are fresh berries and jams for sale, and people from the agriculture extension service demonstrating how to make jam from local berries.
