This report discusses the communication revolution and the role that AppalNet has played in communication across campus. The university expresses a desire to have more funds to support the growth of technology on campus. The Chancellor's Scholarships were implemented as were many other scholarships and research grants for students and faculty. The Dark Sky Observatory Project was under-way with new telescopes and a new observation area for astronomy students.
