This is the 1983-1984 annual report of the Department of Foreign Languages. The report highlights the major accomplishments of the department, including successful study abroad programs in Spain, Germany, Mexico, and Paris, as well as the acquisition of new equipment (TV receivers, VCRs, and a computer) to enhance students' language learning and cultural understanding.
