Buyers Survey Questioinairre
Do you currently buy hydroponically produced and/or organic produce?
What criteria do you hold for purchasing these products in terms of supply and quantity?
(What voulme of output would be needed to establish a business relationship with your
store?)
Are you familiar with Tilapia fish?
Would you have interest in selling them in your store?
What criteria do you hold for carrying fish products in terms of supply and quantitiy?
Do you see any potential for marketing and selling regionally produced products such as
organics and farm-raised fish if supply can be demonstarated?
Would it make a difference to your customers to know that they were getting regionally
produced goods that, in the case of the vegitables, were additive-free?
Could you potentially set up a booth or section in the produce area to highlight this fact as
a selling point?
Could you similarly market Tilapia as a higher-wquality, farm-raised product?
Would such products, marketed as such, bring a higher price?
If currently selling organics, etc., what prices do you get for them versus other
comparable products?
Would we need to go through a food distributor?
