One leaf typewritten in red ink on the front side. The document is in fair physical condition. The document was laminated back-to-back with the document "Marriage Bed." The upper left corner,,the upper right corner, and the lower left corner were torn away. There are numerous tears along the upper edge and along the left edge. The document was folded vertically in half. The initials "RRR" follow the song text.
